What it does that a brochure can't

Answers after hours. The call you miss at 6:40 gets a text back by 6:41, so the customer does not just dial the next company on the list.
Books the job. A visitor can pick a time and get on the calendar without waiting for you to call back.
Sends the quote and the follow-up. The estimate goes out and the reminder fires on its own, instead of sitting in your drafts.
Works on a phone. Most of your customers find you on one, so the site is built for that first, not squeezed onto it.

Most new sites now come out of the same few AI tools, so they end up looking the same: the purple gradient, the three cards, the same stock photos. Where it fits

A website is one fix, not the whole answer. If you are not sure it is the fix to make first, start with the $750 diagnostic: I find the three places work is leaking out and put a price next to each.
