What I do with your information
Effective
Short version: this site is cookieless and privacy-first. It sets no cookies, it does not sell or share your data, and it adds you to no marketing list.
What this site collects
Nothing automatically. The site is static and cookieless. It uses no Google Analytics and no tracking pixel, and embeds no third-party code.
Campaign links
If you arrive through a tagged link (one with a campaign tag in the address), your browser remembers that tag for this visit only, cleared when you close the tab. If you then email me, the tag rides along so I know which link brought you. It is a first-party note to myself: no cookie, no cross-site tracking, and nothing kept after the tab closes.
When you contact me
The contact form opens your own email app with a message addressed to me. When you send it, I receive your name, email, and whatever you chose to write, the same as any email. I use it only to reply and to help you. I do not sell it, share it, or add you to any marketing list.
If that changes
If I later add an on-site form or a checkout, I will name every service that processes your data (an email service, a payment processor) on this page before turning it on. Client project data is governed by the engagement contract with Get Smart AI, a dba of Smart Business AI LLC. Where dental or medical work is involved, ask me about a BAA.
Your choices
Email hello@getsmartai.ai to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted, and I will.
